Nothing, all was good.

The hotel stay was pleasant and offered excellent value for money. the room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained with clean towels every day. the breakfast menu provided sufficient options and was plentiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was optimal, with the city centre only a short walk away, offering access to all the shopping and churches.

The hotel restaurant was always closed, which meant we had to go out for every meal. No explanation was given for the restaurant's closure.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Brody. the value for money was exceptional, especially when compared to similar accommodations in other countries. Secondly, the staff were incredibly nice and kind, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the center of town. Lastly, the rooms were very clean and spacious, with comfortable queen beds that ensured a good night's sleep.

The room was also spacious and the bathroom was large and clean. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby churches and downtown shopping.

The Wi-Fi only worked in the corridor on the 3rd floor, so I had to go there to check my emails. the lack of a coffee/tea maker in the room was a bummer, but it was provided upon request.
